It’s All About Havin’ Fun!

Comics for me are pure enjoyment. A perfect day begins with me browsing my library, selecting something that strikes my fancy then looking forward to that special moment where I sit down and crack open a new adventure.

This was the impetus for the creation of Sequential Highway. It’s a place where creators, publishers, retailers and fans alike can come together to celebrate this wonderful art form. Sequential Highway’s mandate is simple: promote what is best about the sequential form and the industry that supports it. You will never find idle gossip on the site. We will never publish “he said, she said” articles. Sequential Highway’s sole purpose is to highlight comics, graphic novels, retail stores and comic festivals worthy of our reader’s attention. And we don’t mean only from North America. In the coming weeks we will bring you news and events from publishers and artists in Europe and Japan.

One exciting feature of this site is 15 Questions With Julinda Morrow, a regular series in which creators’ unique personalities are brought out in relief against the background of fifteen interview questions. We are very happy to have Mike Grell in the inaugural edition. In the coming weeks Steve Rude, Matt Wagner, Jeff Smith, Paul Gulacy, Gerhard, David Peterson and many other talented creators will be featured.

Publishers are encouraged to send us their artwork and press releases on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to: news@sequentialhighway.com Site will be updated daily. Press releases should be limited to 500 words or less; artwork should be 72 dpi.

Do you have a special project that you would like to promote? Would you like to preview pages of the art from a specific title? We can help, free of charge. Specs provided upon request. We welcome the submission of publications for review. Our policy is to review submissions fairly and to give a voice to both the large and small publisher in equal measure.
